CONTRACT NO J3788 – L2 LYRIC THEATRE COMPLEX AND EXTENDED BASEMENT PROJECT AT THE WEST KOWLOON CULTURAL DISTRICT

Lingma has been awarded and commenced this contract on October 27, 2021.

The contract involves:

Subcontract Works: Construction of Sump Pit and interceptor, Short Wall, Kerb, Plinth, RC Slab-wall, Smoke vent, RC Plenum:; Back filling of Slab/Wall Opening, Forming / Rectification of Opening at Slab/Wall; Carriageway /road work/ wearing Slab construction; Supply and Install Heavy Duty Manhole Cover.

Day works:  Supply Manpower of various trades such as Gangers, Carpenters, Plasterer, CP/Scaffolders, Confined Space CP, Skilled Labour for ABWF Concrete Finishing & remedial of defect works.
